Plans can now create orders instead of charging everything at the beginning of the month. This provides much more flexibility in how you structure your billing cycles and gives clients more payment options. 5. Invoice Payments in Analytics

We've enhanced our analytics by adding invoice payments to your financial tracking. You can now get a complete picture of your revenue streams, including detailed breakdowns of how payments are flowing through your system. This improvement makes financial reporting more comprehensive and accurate.

8. Graceful Payment Failure Handling

9. Enhanced Recurring Lesson Filtering

You can now search for recurring lessons by ID in the recurring section, making it much easier to find and delete specific lessons. This is particularly useful for schools with large numbers of recurring lessons that need periodic cleanup or modification.
11. Affiliate Client Database Access
If you choose to work with affiliates, you now have the option to share access to your client database. This feature allows for better coordination between you and your affiliate partners, ensuring clients receive consistent service regardless of which instructor they work with.
12. Participant Groups and Plans Inheritance
Access: Swim School → Settings → Inheritance Controls
We've added controls that allow affiliates to inherit your participant groups and plans. This means you can copy your entire setup structure to affiliate profiles, ensuring consistency across your network while saving time on initial setup.
13. Registration Fee Enforcement for Affiliates
Access: Swim School → Settings → Fee Management
You can now enforce registration fees for affiliates, with the option to have those fees flow directly to you instead of the affiliate. This gives you better control over revenue streams and ensures consistent fee structures across your entire network.
14. Multi-Day Time Block Scheduling
Access: Settings → Availability → Time Blocks
You can now schedule multiple days in the week when adding a time block. This feature makes it much easier to set up recurring availability patterns without having to create individual time blocks for each day of the week.
Additional Improvements
Copy Existing Time Slots for Faster Setup
We've built in the ability to copy over existing time slots from your current schedule to quickly replicate availability patterns. This gives you more control over profile setup and helps streamline the process when expanding to new locations or setting up additional instructors.
Enhanced Invoice Creation
We've built in the ability to create invoices for plans that are not subscriptions with options for weekly or custom scheduling. This gives you more control over your billing cycles and helps improve cash flow management.
Master Timezone Setting
Added a master timezone setting so you can always view scheduling information in your preferred timezone, regardless of where you are located. This will help eliminate confusion.
