Message frequency varies based on your swim school's activity and your enrollment. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

For help, reply HELP to any text message or contact us at support@swum.ai.

We retain SMS opt-in records for as long as you remain opted in, plus a reasonable period after opt-out for compliance and audit purposes.
