About Ke'ala Gonzalez

Hello! My name is Ke’ala and I am so excited to help your kiddo on their journey to learning how to swim. As a former gymnast and diver, I understand the anxieties that can come with sports, but also how much a great coaching experience can change that.

Before teaching swim, I taught gymnastics for two years, which showed me my passion for teaching. On top of that, I was most recently a member of Chula Vista Fire Department working as an EMT on their ambulances, however I decided to take a step back to continue my education. During that time, I also served in the Water Safety Committee, educating families on pool safety.

I hope to help out you and your kiddo(s) with sparking their passion for swim, and can’t wait to meet you!
