About Trevor Cairns
I’m Trevor — a swim instructor with over 20 years of experience in the sport. I competed at Marymount University, where I set multiple school records and became a two-time Atlantic East Conference (AEC) champion. I also spent three years coaching with NCAP, one of the top swim clubs in the country, where I worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Swimming has been a lifelong passion, and I love helping others build confidence and technique in the water, whether they’re just starting out or training to compete
