About Mia Herber

Hi my name is Mia! I have a background of coaching kids ages 4-18 in competitive swimming. I was a Prep Coach at Sycamore Hills Swim Team from 2017-2022 and the Head Coach in 2023. I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years. I swam summer swim (Sycamore Hills), school swim (middle school & Homestead), and club swim (SWAC, SCA) every year until I graduated high school in 2022. I enjoy doing swim lessons in the summer time to keep my love of swimming alive as well as instilling that same love in all the kids I instruct. I value safety, fun, and skill in my lessons. Whether your child wants to go on to be a competitive swimmer or just learn how to be safe in the water.
