About Madison
Hi! My name is Madi, and I have loved swimming for as long as I can remember. As an experienced and dedicated swim instructor at Yavapai College, I am committed to creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for swimmers of all levels. My approach blends rigorous water safety protocols with organized, goal-oriented lesson plans that promote steady skill development and stroke refinement. I believe clear, proactive communication with parents is essential to a student's success; I prioritize regular updates on progress, milestones, and areas for growth so every family feels informed and supported throughout the learning journey. Whether building foundational confidence or mastering advanced techniques, my goal is to help every student reach their full potential while fostering a lasting, positive relationship with the water.
